Nothing on this site is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or business. An advisory relationship with us exists only under a signed engagement letter — not because you read this page or emailed us.
Where this site describes how the platform behaves — gates, audit records, AI disclosure — it describes how the system is designed and built. Controls that have not yet been demonstrated against the live production system are tracked internally as unproven, and we do not represent them as proven here.
Members of the deal team named on this site as AI are AI agents, not people. They are labeled as AI wherever they appear, including in correspondence with you.
We try to keep this site correct and current. If something on it is wrong, tell us at ops@openadvisory.ai and we will fix it.
Any advisory relationship is governed by the terms of the signed engagement letter, which states the governing law for that engagement. This site itself creates no such relationship.
