This is a plain-language description of what we collect and why. It is short because we do little.

Information you give us

If you email us or engage us, we hold what you send: your name, business contact details, and whatever information about the business is needed to advise on a transaction. We use it to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it.

Business contact information we collect ourselves

When we represent a business for sale, we build a list of prospective buyers. Those contact details — name, role, company, business email — come from our own research, public sources, and existing relationships. They are not purchased, rented, or scraped, and the people on the list have generally not asked to hear from us. We use them to send a short, anonymized description of the opportunity. This is outreach you did not ask for, and we say so on the message itself.

Email we send

• First-touch buyer outreach. Unsolicited, anonymized, business-to-business, and specific to one mandate. Every message identifies us and carries a working opt-out.
• Deal correspondence. Once you are participating in a process — NDAs, information requests, updates — you are corresponding with us because you chose to.

Opting out

Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or write to ops@openadvisory.ai. We add the address to a permanent, firm-wide suppression list that is checked before every send. It is not per-deal and it is not time-limited: we do not re-add addresses. Bounces and spam complaints suppress automatically, without you having to do anything.

Confidential deal information

Information about a client's business is disclosed to a prospective buyer only under an executed non-disclosure agreement. It is never published on this website, and this website has no access to it.

Who else sees it

Service providers we need to operate: email delivery (Amazon SES), our mail provider (Google Workspace), cloud hosting, and e-signature. They process it for us and nothing else. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

This website

The site is static. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and builds no profile of you.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to ops@openadvisory.ai. Records we are required to keep for legal or regulatory reasons, and suppression-list entries (which exist so that we stop contacting you), are retained.
